  For the the past several years my experience with Tim Mcshane has been excellent. Sadly, today I spoke with another employee named Robert who was rude, obnoxious and most unprofessional. He was too lazy to retrieve my file in order to answer a specific question and refused to allow me to talk with anyone else from the office. He told me that it was funny that I am a psychotherapist because I don't know how to listen! As a finale, in an effort to demonstrate his level of professionalism, he hung up on me! Robert, your social skills are nonexistent. My recommendation is for you to find another line of work so you do not ruin Tim's business. Dr. Lori A. Boudreaux Psychotherapist

  This is less of a review and more, a response to Ms Boudreaux's criticisms. I find it interesting that in the last 15 years of service to the Lebanon community, you are the only person who has had such a problem with my level of customer service. I find it interesting because you are NOT a member of our community. If you found me too lazy to retrieve your file, it was simply because I could not get to Knoxville, TN within the phone time alloted. You called looking for personal information on a family member's policy. I am not in the habit, nor will I ever be, of providing such information to anyone without a documented interest on an insurance policy. I do this, not to be 'rude, obnoxious and most unprofessional' as you put it, but because I take seriously, the trust our customers place in us. What I found funny, was your attempt to throw the term 'doctor' at me as if that would somehow cause me to change my position. Congratulations on obtaining your doctorate. You are still a simple human being, and thus subject to no higher level of customer service than that which we provide any/all of our customers. As a finale, when appropriate, my social skills tend to mirror those of the individual with which I am interacting. My recommendation is to confine your reviews to the realms of psychotherapy.
